Technical details:
The profiles are cut
at an angle and joined by hot welding (melting and pressing).
The mullions are joined
mechanically using metal connectors.
To stiffen the PVC profiles
and to eliminate expansion and contraction caused by temperature variations, all profiles are reinforced with steel at least 1.5 mm thick, fixed with self-tapping screws at a maximum distance of 400 mm (250 mm for coloured profiles).
