Launched in 2025, Solid800 profiles are the latest innovation in the Ramplast portfolio, delivering better performance and energy efficiency than previous series. These 6-chamber PVC profiles are designed to provide superior thermal and acoustic insulation, thanks to their design and the modern technologies used in the manufacturing process.
Made through an advanced extrusion process from top-quality raw materials, Solid800 profiles are fitted with oversized reinforcements that can handle even special glazing. The exterior design has been optimised, with slightly rounded edges that give a modern, elegant look.

Superior insulation
Fitted with 3 rows of pre-installed heat-weldable gaskets (grey or black) for excellent sealing.

Insulating glass up to 48 mm thick can be fitted, providing greater protection against heat loss.
Central gasket
Contributes to improved thermal and acoustic insulation, outperforming the EcoLux series.
Efficient drainage and ventilation
Controlled water drainage system and specially designed channels for ventilating the chambers in the frame and sash.
